Achievable Health is a nonprofit whose mission is to provide high quality, integrated health care to individuals with developmental disabilities (such as autism and Down syndrome), their families, and other vulnerable populations. The Achievable Health Center, co-located with one of California’s 21 regional centers, is a first of its kind state-licensed, federally qualified health center which opened in 2013 to meet the healthcare needs of these patients. We provide a full range of health care services, from primary care for adults and children, to mental health services, and access to a vast specialty care referral network. At our health center, all patients and families have access to extensive care coordination, enrollment and eligibility services, and extended visit times. All of these services are vital for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other medically vulnerable populations.

A&M Scotland supports children and young people from Scotland’s most deprived areas to improve their life chances. Currently we are operating in 35 of the most deprived areas in Glasgow and engaging with around 2500 young people every week who access our sports and activities completely free of charge. While children from age 5 to 18 access our diversionary sports programmes those aged 16 – 24 also benefit from our Volunteer Programme which allows them to access training and volunteering opportunities to help build both their CV and self-esteem.
