Credits are used each time ElevateSells performs an action on your behalf, such as finding a lead email, sending a personalized message, or following up. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, Scale plan members can request to roll over up to 20% of unused credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit packs or upgrade to a higher tier plan. Your campaigns will pause until more credits are available.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No, all plans are subscription-based and can be canceled at any time. For yearly plans, you'll receive service for the full year you've paid for.
