Ace Crane Systems provide solutions from several leading equipment manufacturers from Europe. Our sales team can technically assist engineers and designers during the initial project design stage to determine the key parameters of the plant layouts and building in terms of material handling and flow of goods. The selection of the correct material handling equipment can provide cost savings in production operations and optimized building dimensions can show substantial savings on the overall project costs. The electro-mechanical components are manufactured by our overseas principals, whilst our own company, Ace Al Faris Fzc, located at Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, fabricates the crane girders and structures based on our principals designs. Ace Cranes Group, with more than 250 employees of various trades, exclusively carry out sales, marketing and manufacturing of a wide range of cranes and hoists. Crane girder fabrication and assembly is carried out within our in-house ISO9001 (2008) certified facility. All cranes are grit blasted to SA2.5 and a 3 coat epoxy painting system applied, as standard. Special painting systems can be offered if required. All our cranes are assembled and shop tested, witnessed by the Client/Consultant prior to dispatch thus avoiding prolonged site works. The crane installation and commissioning is carried out by our service division Ace Engineering LLC with experienced qualified engineers and technicians, who can understand the quality and safety requirements of projects on high profile sites for clients including DUBAL, EMAL, DEWA , SEC, Alstom, General Electric and Ministry of Defence. We provide an effective after sales service and preventive maintenance contracts for new and existing overhead cranes, thus minimizing the down time for our clients cranes. For cranes.
