BASA stands for the Business Administration Students'​ Association. BASA was founded 13 years ago as a group project in a 4000 level Entrepreneurship class and has quickly grown to be the second largest student group on campus with over 1400 registered students and alumni. BASA goes hand in hand with The University of Winnipeg's established Faculty of Business and Economics, and continues to expand in both size and quality each year. Students from UWinnipeg also regularly interact and network with many of the other large business schools across Canada in events such as JDC West and Canadian Association of Business Students (CABS) Round Table. Essentially, BASA provides opportunities for students to expand their university experiences outside of the classroom, and gives students the chance to reach their potential through various avenues and unique skill-building events. Basair Aviation College is Australia’s largest flying school. We have 80 aircraft and Australia’s third-largest fleet after Qantas and Virgin Australia. We have three campuses in eastern Australia: in Sydney, Brisbane, and the Hunter Valley. We are now Griffith University's sole provider of flight training, and our alumni fly for hundreds of airlines worldwide. Basair Aviation College focuses on students who want to achieve their commercial pilot licence, multi-engine endorsement, instrument rating, or instructor rating. DA-TA Demir Araba - Tahta Araba fabrikası olarak Adapazarı’nda 1914 yılında kurulan Başak Traktör, 1944 yılında Türkiye Zirai Donatım Kurumu’na bağlı SAZ (Sakarya Alat-ı Ziraiye) unvanıyla Türk çiftçisinin tüm tarım alet ve makinaları ile diğer ihtiyaçlarını karşılamaya devam etmiştir. 1962 yılından itibaren Ford marka traktörlerin ithalatını yapmaya başlayan Başak Traktör, 1968 yılından itibaren Ford ile yapılan işbirliği çerçevesinde Adapazarı'nda yüzde 65 yerli üretim oranı ile imalat başarısını göstermiştir. 1976 yılında STEYR firmasıyla yapılan anlaşma kapsamında STEYR markası ile traktör üretimine başlanmış, 1996 yılından itibaren BAŞAK markası ile traktör üretimine devam edilmiştir. Başak Traktör 2012 yılında Sanko Grubu’na katılmıştır. Sakarya’da bulunan fabrikada, 275.000 m² alan üzerinde 40.000 m² kapalı alanda üretim yapılmaktadır. Yıllık üretim kapasitesi 10.000 adet olup, traktörün ana parçaları olan motor, şanzıman ve hidrolik donanım ana parçaları, Başak Traktör fabrikasında işlenmekte ve üretilmektedir. Başak Traktör, farklı segmentlerdeki 2x4 ve 4x4 çekişli 20 civarında modeli; az yakıt tüketimi sayesinde en ekonomik kullanımı sağlayan, az bakım gerektiren yerli traktörleri ile çiftçilerin hizmetindedir. SANKO çatısı altında yeniden yapılanan Başak Traktör, Türkiye çapında yaygın satış ve servis ağı ve her an ulaşılabilir, ekonomik yedek parça stoku ile çiftçilerin yanında olmaya devam etmektedir.
