Our light and bright studio feels fresh and contemporary, and you can refresh after class by making use of our showers, big mirrors and hair dryers. We offer a variety of styles on the schedule, both hot and non-hot, from the restorative all the way to the super sweaty! Our teachers are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and will you make you feel comfortable, no matter your level of practice. Since 2003, yogahaven has been developing a community of like-minded across the UK and loving every minute of it! We also offer 200 hour teacher trainings in fabulous and exotic locations!
