Xuto è una società agricola impegnata a diffondere l’antica tradizione di un distillato legato ai mieli dei monti Iblei: lo “Spiritu re’ fascitrari”. Si tratta di una produzione tipica che gli apicoltori della Città del Miele di Sortino si tramandano da generazioni. Ogni apicoltore sortinese detiene la sua ricetta, che custodisce gelosamente attivando produzioni artigianali diverse. Il merito di Xuto è di avere elaborato la tecnica ideale di lavorazione legando la qualità dei mieli e degli ingredienti aggiuntivi alla migliore tradizione dei mastri distillatori di Sicilia. Da queste due grandi passioni nasce una produzione limitata di due distillati di qualità: Hyblon, 1° Distillato dei Mieli Iblei Anima, Distillato in purezza di miele Due testimoni d’eccezione per esaltare tutta la modernità di una leggenda antica, divenuta mito.
