1992 yılında kurulan Wagner Kablo, Mart 1993 de, tesislerinin tamamlanmasıyla üretime başlamıştır. Şirket yabancı sermayeli Alman-Türk ortaklığı olarak kurulmuş daha sonra şirketteki Alman ortaklığı Hollandalı Draka Holding NV tarafından devralınmıştır. 2010 yılından itibaren Draka Holding NV Şirketin ana ortak konumundan ayrılarak bunun yerine stratejik ortak haline gelmiştir. Kuruluş amacı, başta otomotiv olmak üzere beyaz eşya ve endüstriyel pazarlara yönelik hem yerel hem de ülke dışındaki müşteriler için kablo gruplama sistemleri veya teknik deyimiyle " Kablo Konfeksiyon" imalatıdır. Wagner Kablo, Antalya Serbest Bölgesinde, 5300 m² üretim alanı, 1700 m² idari kısımlar ile toplam 7000 m² si kapalı olmak üzere 10.000 m² lik bir alana kurulmuştur. ------------------- Wagner Kablo was founded in 1992 as a joint venture between Kabelwerk Wagner GmbH & Co. KG and the Turkish Family of Ünsal. The factory located in Antalya Free Zone started its production during March 1993. Later on, Kabelwerk Wagner was acquired byDraka Holding NV - Amsterdam based Multinational Cable Group - in 1994. Then the company became a Dutch-Turkish Joint Venture. Due to World Economic Conditions Draka Holding NV decided to concentrate on her core acitivities. Currently Draka Holding plays in Wagner Kablo rather as a stratetic partner instead of a major shareholder. ------------------- Wagner Kablo wurde 1992 als Deutsch-Türkisches Unternehmen gegründet. Die Gründungsfinanzierung der Gesellschaft erfolgte mit Zuführung von Fremdkapital. Ein Jahr später, nach kompletter Fertigstellung des Produktions- und Verwaltungsgebäudes, begann die Produktion. Anschließend wurden die deutschen Anteile von dem holländischen Unternehmen Draka Holding NV übernommen. 2010 trennte sich Draka Holding NV als Hauptgesellschafter von der Beteiligung und ist immer noch ein strategisch wichtiger Partner von Wagner Kablo.

We are your one-stop shop for small, precision machined parts regardless of the complexity, material, or machining processes required. Our commitment to stay on the cutting edge of machining technology has driven us to continuously add new software and equipment as our customers’ needs have evolved. We started in 1982 with only manual machining. By 1986 we added our first CNC machines, and we have been constantly adding advanced technology ever since. In addition to grinding, CNC milling, and CNC turning, we also offer specialized and advanced processes including wire EDM, abrasive waterjet, swiss turning, and high speed 5-axis milling. We also have a big focus on automated production. Around 75% of our production CNC lathes and swiss machines have bar feeders and can run unattended. We are also approaching 50% automated capacity for production 3-axis and 5-axis milling, allowing lights-out manufacturing of medium to high-volume production quantities. While we will always be committed to being your best source for prototype and low volume jobs, our automated processes give us the capacity to handle your largest production quantities as well.
