Společnost byla založena v květnu 1990, jako ryze česká soukromá bez účasti zahraničního kapitálu. Hlavní činností UNIS je realizace projektů v investiční výstavbě zaměřené do oborů zpracování ropy a zemního plynu, petrochemie, chemie a energetiky v dodavatelské formě tzv. „na klíč“ (model EPC nebo EPC-M). Projekty zahrnují zpracování jedno i více-stupňové projektové dokumentace ve všech nabízených profesích. Výhodou je vzájemná provázanost jednotlivých projekčních sekcí, což nabízí ideální kombinaci při komplexním řešení. Součástí jsou dodávky zařízení, výstavba, autorský dozor, odzkoušení, uvádění do provozu a finální předání díla. Pro potenciální tuzemské nebo zahraniční zákazníky zajišťujeme podporu prostřednictvím exportního financování ve spolupráci s českými komerčními bankami a státní pojišťovnou EGAP (Exportní garanční a pojišťovací společnost, a.s.). Uskutečněné zakázky jsou v objemu řádově miliard korun. The company UNIS was established in May 1990 as an exclusively Czech private company without any foreign capital participation. The main activity of UNIS is the implementation of an investment Projects in the field of Oil and Gas processing, Petrochemical and Energy on the basis LSTK (model EPC or EPC-M). The projects include one-or multi-level project documentation interconnecting all the professions offered. The advantage is the interdependence of the individual sections of the design, which offers an ideal combination for complex solutions. Within the scope of project are released device deliveries, construction, author´s supervision, testing, commissioning and final hand over of the work. These provided services include also support of potential national and international clients. It is performed mainly through export financing in co-operation with Czech commercial banks and the state insurance company EGAP. The realized volume of orders generally comes up to billions of Czech crowns.

UniSA Motorsport is a student-run, not for profit club representing the University of South Australia in the annual Formula-SAE competition held in Victoria. The club enables students to design and manufacture an open wheel race car. The goal for 2019 is to complete manufacturing early enough to allow plenty of time for testing of the electric car. This will hopefully give the club a good opportunity to strongly compete in the FSAE event. Being a first year electrical vehicle team, we understand the risks and massive effort that is required for the team to be successful at the competition. The team's focus is on great Engineering design, fostering team work and pushing students towards realising and improving their skills. The club also gives the students an opportunity to grow their networks within the industry.
