Am 16.10.1944 wurde die Firma in eine AG umgewandelt. Schon früh mussten die beiden Söhne Peter und Hansruedi im elterlichen Geschäft mitanpacken. 40 Jahre lang führten sie die Firma erfolgreich weiter. 1991 starb der Gründer und Grossvater des heutigen Inhabers Urs Ullrich, seine Söhne Peter und Hansruedi erbten das Familienunternehmen, wobei Peter die Anteile seines Bruders kaufte und das Unternehmen in der 2.
