Subsequently, The Company embarked on a listing exercise which involved initial public offering (“IPO”) of 101.59 million ordinary shares which comprises public issue of 52.14 million new shares and an offer for sale of 49.45 million existing shares at an offer price of RM1.25 per share, raising RM65.18 million for the group.” The Company was successfully listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities on 17 July 2014. Our Group is principally involved in the cultivation of oil palms and its ancillary activities comprising of the operation of our palm oil mill and compost plant. We also operate an industrial size 3,776 acre Musang King Durian plantation in Raub and we has a Joint-Venture agreement with Rompin Integrated Pineapple Industries Sdn. Bhd. to manage a pineapple plantation in Rompin, Pahang. Our Group is also involved in property development in Kota Sultan Ahmad Shah (KotaSAS) in Kuantan.
