Implanté au cœur des Pays de Savoie, SCHMIDHAUSER fabrique et affine des fromages aux goûts uniques. Dans la famille SCHMIDHAUSER la passion du fromage se transmet de génération en génération. Originaire de Suisse, elle créée l'entreprise en 1961 en Haute-Savoie. Elle affine à l'époque une sélection de fromages dans les caves du Château d'Annecy. Depuis SCHMIDHAUSER s'est aussi impliqué dans la fabrication de ses propres fromages dans le respect des traditions et des savoir-faire savoyards. Notre secret... Nous nous inspirons du bon sens des anciens: des vaches de races locales nourries d'herbes des pâturages et de foin, des fabrications au lait cru, des affinages longs et soignés. Nous proposons ainsi des fromages typiques aux goûts marqués et caractéristiques de leurs terroirs.
