FLUKE Biomedical, creata nel 2002 da FLUKE, eredita la storia di Bio-tek, DNI Nevada, Metron come produttori di tester per la verifica della sicurezza elettrica e controllo funzionale di varie classi di apparecchiature elettromedicali.
