Our offices are located throughout Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Texas, and Mississippi with headquarters located in Salina, Kansas. As a faith-based organization, our mission is to provide hope and healing to children and families. Programs and Services: Family Preservation, Foster Care Reintegration, Foster Care Homes, Adoption, Assisted Living, Residential Treatment, Community Outreach Services, Drug and Alcohol Counseling, Outpatient Mental Health Services.

Founded in 1985 as Caritas Francis Hsu College, Saint Francis University (formerly known as Caritas Institute of Higher Education) is committed to offering quality higher education in line with societal and student needs, with flexible and diversified study pathways, in areas including Health Sciences that encompass nursing, physiotherapy and other health-related subjects, and Social Sciences that encompass related professional subjects, to help nurture the talents and manpower needed for building a healthy, caring and inclusive society.
