At Saint & Rebel Consulting, we are all about specialty coffee and the community that surrounds it. This industry has been a main part of my identity for my entire adult life, and I want nothing more than to spend the rest of my days being as involved as I possibly can in the world of specialty coffee. Throughout my time spent in this industry, I have been a part of nearly every stage of the coffee story. This level of involvement has allowed me a unique view into the complexities of the industry. One thing that I have noticed is the lack of responsibility that each stage takes for the industry as a whole. Now, that is not to say that I am blaming anyone or pointing fingers. This field is a complicated one, and it can be incredibly hard to survive. The problem is that instead of reaching out to others to support them and to look for support from them, we all put our heads down and do whatever it takes to plow forward. I am of the mind that it is better to work together. That's why we focus our business solutions around relationships. Coffee has always been a symbol of community and togetherness, and it would be so unfortunate if we forgot that. We believe that building relationships with coffee professionals and investing back into the coffee community will allow us to have a solid foundation on which to build a better business environment for our clients.
