Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) is an academic institution established by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India with regional and global partnerships synergizing with the programmes of UNESCO as a Category II Centre. The primary focus of RCB is to provide world class education, training and conduct innovative research at the interface of multiple disciplines to create high quality human resource in disciplinary and interdisciplinary areas of biotechnology in a globally competitive research milieu. In 2016, RCB was recognised as an Institution of National Importance by the Parliament of India.

Regional College of Management (RCM), Bhubaneswar, the first management college in Odisha, was established in 1982. The college has been approved under section 2(f) and 12 (b) of the UGC Act. The institute has been conferred the status by UGC in the year 2009. It is the first autonomous management institute in Eastern India conferred by the University Grants Commission. The institute since its inception, developed immensely in all areas of management education.

Regional Container Lines (RCL) started as a Common Feeder Operator, operating its first feeder container ship in 1979 between Bangkok and Singapore. In 1988, RCL was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, and has since achieved satisfactory performance and financial returns to shareholders. Presently, RCL owns and operates 49 container vessels covering 69 destinations in Asia, India, India subcontinent and the Middle East. RCL will increasingly expand its feeder services and container liner business in Asia through the provision of providing high quality container shipping services with reliable fix day sailings, fast transit, the deployment of modern and high specification container ships and customer service information technology. RCL fleet size ranges from 388 TEUs to 8,533 TEUs. Strict manning and maintenance standards for the entire RCL fleet are provided by experienced technical team in RCL Shipmanagement, a subsidiary of RCL. The ship management company and the entire RCL owned fleet have achieved ISM certification since 1998, well ahead of the mandatory 2002 ISM deadline.

We are developing maritime Southwest Finland to be a region, were the quality of living is the best. A succesful region is built with partnership and cooperation. We create cooperation over municipal and sector borders and we are an influential actor in the Baltic Sea region. The Regional Council of Southwest Finland is an authority for regional development and organization for planning and promoting regional interests. 27 municipalities belong to the Council. The Regional Council is also responsible for international regional co-operation. Decisions are made by democratic organs: the Assembly and the Managing Board. The european infoservice Europe Direct is situated in the Regional Councils locations, as well as Valonia, the Service Centre for Sustainable Development and Energy of Southwest Finland. RDA Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast aims to connect people across Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast to strengthen business growth, generate innovative environmental solutions and enhance community development.

Regional Development Australia (RDA) is an Australian Government initiative established to encourage partnership between all levels of government to enhance the growth and development of Australia's regional communities. RDA committees operate under a national RDA Charter and report to the Australian Government on key outcomes. A national network of 55 RDA committees has been established and RDA Tasmania represents the entire state of Tasmania. RDA Tasmania is a not-for-profit organisation that has a formal partnership between the Australian Government, Tasmanian Government, and the Local Government Association of Tasmania (LGAT). A key focus of RDA Tasmania is on the economic, social and environmental issues affecting communities. Committee members of RDA Tasmania are committed volunteers who have been chosen by the Australian Government due to their understanding of, and experience in, a range of areas including their professional and industry background, community networks, skills and experience.
