Refined Elements is a Texas based LLC which specializes in inspired natural design, urban wood furniture, live edge furniture and urban wood lumber sales. We are the only business in TX and one of the very few businesses in the US that focuses exclusively on salvaging urban trees and milling the trees to be re-purposed into urban lumber materials and urban wood furniture. These are typically older, historical trees that can be easily over 200 years old. We can pick-up and transport logs weighing up to 9-tons. Additionally, we own the largest cut capacity sawmill in the southern US at a 67” maximum cut capacity. Our pieces are known to command immediate attention and focused conversation. We can provide complete design solutions or will build specifically to a client’s specifications. Our designs are treated as works of art, yet, we engineer them to be functional with an elegant blend of classical joinery and contemporary appeal. Refinery Concepts is now Commonwealth Concepts – From 1 January 2021, the newly formed joint-venture delivers greater dining experiences to you. Previously, Refinery Concepts was the restaurant and lifestyle food arm of Far East Organization, and had over a decade of experience in creating, designing and operating original and unique food and beverage concepts in Singapore. It has a portfolio of 12 brands (majority owned) comprises of restaurants, cafes and bars, including Fat Cow, Bedrock Bar & Grill, Kinki Restaurant + Bar, The Pelican, The Marmalade Pantry, Oriole Coffee + Bar, Dean & DeLuca Singapore, CIN CIN, and Native Kitchen. In addition, Refinery Concepts oversees the operations of three all-day dining options at these hotels – Saltwater at Village Hotel Changi, Straits Café at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore, and Katong Kitchen at Village Hotel Katong.
