David is a Director of RETMS and through his company he provides training and mentoring in all real estate disciplines as well as assistance and advice with passing Agents Representative and CertIV (Real Estate) courses both with study tasks and examination advice

The RETC offers the same 7 week course 6 times a year. We have a rolling intake which means you can start at any time. The classes are held 3 days per week from 9am to 4pm, on selected days. The dress is neat casual and you need to bring only a pen and notepad as all resource material is supplied. We provide the following courses: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REGISTRATION This course covers the upcoming requirements for property management licensing which is to start in 2019.
