With headquarters in Bayswater, we also proudly service regional Victoria from our North Geelong factory and showroom. Our mannequin division, Mannequin Revolution, specializes in customization and repair and is Australia’s only licensed distributor of European IDW Mannequins. We also carry Australia’s largest range of hire mannequins.

O.M.R. è un’azienda meccanica di 100 addetti situata su una superficie di 20.000 m² di cui 8500 m² sono coperti e suddivisi in m² 7000 per lavorazioni meccaniche e montaggio e m² 1500 per magazzino particolari finiti in spedizione. O.M.R. esegue lavorazioni meccaniche c/terzi per asportazione truciolo di tornitura e fresatura e costruisce su propria progettazione tavole girevoli in continuo di medio/grandi dimensioni per macchine utensili, non escludendo la possibilità a costruire tavole girevoli in continuo su progetto del Cliente oppure altre parti di macchine utensili. Nel c/terzi OMR lavora: a) nel settore valvole industriali a farfalla ed a sfera per la lavorazione dei componenti valvola a partire dai 2” ai 60”. In questo settore OMR vanta un’esperienza di oltre 25 anni. Oltre alla lavorazione meccanica OMR è attrezzata con robot per riporti in Stellite gr21 su sede conica di corpi valvola e farfalla. anche su pezzi di medie/grandi dimensioni fino a 36’’/42’’. b) nel settore eolico per la costruzione di anelli cuscinetto ( ralle ) ed altri particolari di aereo-generatori ( Pale eoliche ) c) nel settore energia per la costruzione di particolari per motori elettrici e riduttori o latri particolari meccanici a disegno. d) nel settore macchine utensili, impianti per acciaierie ed impianti per industrie alimentari e dolciarie, OMR costruisce particolari ed assembla gruppi, sottogruppi e parti di linee di produzione o linee complete su disegno del cliente. e) nel settore ferroviario per la lavorazione di carrelli, assili e ruote. Il reparto montaggio della OMR detiene personale specializzato con alle spalle anni di esperienza nell’assemblaggio di tavole girevoli anche di grandi dimensioni, parti di macchine utensili, linee di trasporto nel settore alimentare/dolciario e di Robot in serie per industria automobilistica, movimentazione carichi pesanti ed industria alimentare.
