Who are Offtek OFFTEK was formed in January 1996 when the internet was just getting started. WAT WIJ DOEN De OFGV verzorgt namens de provincies Flevoland en Noord-Holland en namens de gemeenten in zowel Flevoland als Gooi en Vechtstreek de door hun overgedragen milieutaken op het gebied van omgevingsvergunningen en toezicht en handhaving. Dit geldt ook voor groene wetten, geluid, bodemsanering, luchtvaart, vuurwerk, toezicht op zwemwater, Wabo en het omgevingsrecht.
