Since 1980, NeighborWorks Great Falls has been committed to building strong neighborhoods, creating successful homeowners and developing quality, affordable housing throughout Great Falls. NeighborWorks Great Falls is a member of the National NeighborWorks® Network and one of over 200 community-based organizations dedicated to creating healthy communities. Led by neighborhood residents, NeighborWorks® organizations work tirelessly to revitalize communities, reclaim abandoned and distressed properties, and promote homeownership. Nationally, NWGF is recognized for excellence in homeownership services, having assisted more than 2,200 families become homeowners in Great Falls since NWGF was founded in 1980.

NeighborWorks Montana strengthens communities by providing education and financing that gives every Montanan the opportunity to live in a home where they can thrive. Through a network of HUD-approved counseling agencies we provide housing education and counseling across Montana. Our lending products are tailored to make homeownership affordable for individual homebuyers, while also offering financing for affordable housing developers. We also help homeowners purchase and successfully manage their mobile home parks through our Resident Owned Community program. NeighborWorks Montana is funded in part by the Montana Board of Housing, which provides a special pool of funds for first and second mortgages and funding for homebuyer education and housing counseling. Other funding includes Fannie Mae, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Rural Development and NeighborWorks America and individual donations.
