Negmar Denizcilik Yatırım A.Ş.; Gübretaş, Nesmal Holding Co. ve Etis Denizcilik Yatırım A.Ş. girişimiyle uluslararası bir yatırım ve denizcilik şirketi olarak, İstanbul’da 2008 yılında kuruldu. Narlı Feribot A.Ş. toplam 4 yeni feribotla hattaki serbest rekabetin önünü açtı. Negmar Grup, denizcilik ve lojistik ekosistemindeki yatırımlarına 2 yeni LPG gemisi satın alarak LPG/LNG segmentini ekledi. Hyundai Kore’ye sipariş edilen 2 yeni LPG gemisiyle yeni kurulan IGLC Dicle ve IGLC Anka şirketleri bünyesinde VLGC filosunu denize indirdi. Negmar Grup bünyesindeki İstanbullines, bugün 4 feribotla Eskihisar- Yalova (Tavşanlı) Hattı'nda, 2 Ro-Ro gemisi ile Ambarlı- Bandırma Hattı'nda araç ve yolcu taşımaya devam etmektedir. Negmar Grup bünyesindeki Etis Lojistik Anonim Şirketi, bugün güçlü filosu ile Türkiye’de 3 bin noktaya ve 25.000 kişiye ulaşan alt tedarikçi havuzuyla taşımacılık yapmaktadır. Negmar Grup bugün bünyesindeki 4 Feribot, 2 LPG ve 2 Ro-Ro gemisi olmak üzere toplam 8 gemiden oluşan filosunu işletmektedir.
