The National Wooden Pallet & Container Association (NWPCA) is the largest organization of wood packaging professionals in the world, with more than 800 company members in 38 countries who manufacture, repair and distribute pallets and wood packaging in unit-load solutions, or who supply products and services to the industry. Founded in 1974, National Yang-Ming University, formerly known as National Yang-Ming College of Medicine, has been adhering to the school motto of "benevolent mind and art, putting knowledge into practice" while training excellent humane doctors to provide service by solving medical problems in remote and rural areas. Graduated in 1982, the first government-sponsored class of the Faculty of Medicine was sent to public clinics and hospitals. Since then, our graduates have penetrated all corners of Taiwan and became pioneers in basic healthcare services. As our graduates won warm acclaim from society, we found that we had successfully accomplished our initial mission. In order to cultivate a new generation of professional medical talents, we began to expand our disciplines into biomedicine. In 1994, we were promoted to "National Yang-Ming University" and became the first medicine-oriented comprehensive university in Taiwan. As time went on, we established the School of Medical Technology and Engineering, the School of Life Sciences, the Center for General Studies, and the School of Nursing. Finally, we were permitted to establish a School of Dentistry in 2000 and also became a research university focusing on medicine and biotechnology.

The National Young Writers’ Festival (NYWF) is Australia’s premier gathering for young writers. NYWF is a free and accessible national four day arts festival, acting as the convergence point for Australia’s young and experimental writing communities, aimed at an audience of young creative practitioners, attracting around 5000 attendances annually across over 80+ events. It prides itself on being artistically ambitious, inclusive, participatory and diverse. NYWF creates dialogue between a diverse range of emerging, mid-career and experienced writers and artists, emphasises writing in cultural and political contexts, and champions new word-based art-forms. It celebrates and amplifies the creative voice of a new generation of writers and artists. NYWF provides a welcoming space for young writers to forge new connections and bonds in the national writing community and extend writing practices through events, workshops and mentorship opportunities. NYWF is run by young emerging arts practitioners, including writers, editors and arts managers. The youth-led staff ensures NYWF remains relevant to young Australian writers. NYWF operates as part of This is Not Art (TiNA) Festival, an umbrella arts festival produced by the Octapod Association. TiNA also includes Critical Animals and Crack Theatre festivals.

The National Youth Commission into Youth Employment and Transitions will bring together together expertise, ideas and experience from people in communities across Australia focusing on the issues affecting young people aged 15-25 including school retention, early school leaving, the transition from school to work, training, employment and underemployment.
