Marche Media is a Cape Town based Film & Television Production company, formed in 2017 through the merger of two industry players in proudly South African content creators, Lions Head Productions & Human Capital Films. Between them they share over 30 years of experience, and some of the most talented creatives in South Africa. Some of the recent and current Television projects include the highly anticipated Kyknet & Showmax Drama Series Waterfront, the highly successful Boer soek n Vrou franchise, and Claire Wiese-Wentzels new makeover show Mooimaak. Marche Media are on the forefront of groundbreaking local South African Feature Films, with titles like Nobodys died laughing (2015), Johnny is nie dood nie (2016), Kanarie (2018) and Die Seemeeu (2018) under their belt. Marche Medias newest Feature Film in production, n Ander Mens (2018/9), is the latest project by Quentin Krog, the highly acclaimed Film & TV Director. (Ballade vir n Enkeling & Vir die Voëls). n Ander Mens is a star-studded Action Romance film. This highly thrilling script is based on the award-winning novel of the same name by Zirk van den Berg, and was awarded the first Kyknet / Rapport Book prize for adaptation to Film.

Nascidos em 1946, na cidade de Matão, quando o progresso engatinhava pelo interior do Estado de São Paulo, dois irmãos de origem simples, descendentes de imigrantes italianos, antevendo que o futuro do país seria a agricultura, face a vocação de seu povo e a imensidão de terras férteis distribuídas em todo o território nacional, resolveram dedicar-se à fabricação de implementos e máquinas agrícolas, inicialmente os mais simples, com tração animal, carroças e charretes. De simples fabricantes de veículos e implementos de tração animal, os irmãos Marchesan passaram a produzir discos para grades e arados, e depois moderníssimos implementos e máquinas agrícolas, para serem tracionados mecanicamente. No decorrer das últimas décadas, a agricultura brasileira sofreu grandes transformações, culturas até então pouco explorados passaram a ter grande importância para o País. Áreas imensas do nosso território, antes ocupados com café ou pecuária, deram lugar à cana, soja ou laranja, e novas fronteiras agrícolas foram surgindo. A pequena oficina cresceu. E hoje a cidade de Matão abriga uma das maiores empresas do setor na América Latina. O que ninguém era capaz de imaginar em 1946 se transformou numa verdade inquestionável. Com corpo de funcionários altamente especializados, não teve dificuldades para geração de máquinas e implementos para atender o mercado em expansão e cada vez mais exigente, com produtos altamente eficientes e duráveis, a Marchesan S.A., uma das maiores e mais modernas fábricas de Máquinas e Implementos Agrícolas da América Latina, que além de atender ao mercado interno, exporta para mais de 60 países espalhados pelo mundo, está instalada numa área de 805.000 metros quadrados, dos quais 220.000 m² de área coberta. Em 1999, em função da ampla visão do mercado futuro por parte de seus acionistas, a CIVEMASA, localizada em Araras/SP e especialista na produção de implementos para o mercado canavieiro, foi incorporada ao Grupo Marchesan da cidade de Matão/SP.

The continuing search for new quality horizons has led us to extend our activities on various enological fronts, branching out from our historic roots, at the Castello di Fonterutoli, in the heart of the Chianti Classico, towards two new and promising locations, in the Maremma region of Tuscany and in Zisola, in southeastern Sicily. We intend to enhance their expressive potential through the application of our winemaking expertise, while respecting the unique characteristics of each of these splendid “terroirs”. Our constant adherence to these values is reflected in the quality of all our wines, satisfying the palates of “connaisseurs” the world over, who know they can rely on the name Mazzei to be one of the leaders of the Italian winemaking world. This is the spirit with which we work, in the hope of continuing to merit the esteem of our clients, now and in the future.
