मराठी चित्रपटांचा इतिहास मराठी सिनेमा म्हणजे भारतातील महाराष्ट्र राज्यातील मराठी भाषेतून निर्माण केलेली एक चित्रकृती. हा भारतातील सर्वात जुना आणि अग्रेसर/पहिला चित्रपट उद्योग आहे. १८ मे १९१२ रोजी दादासाहेब तोरणे यांनी मुंबईतील कोरोनेशन सिनेमातोग्राफ येथे श्री पुंडलिक हा भारतातील पहिला मराठी चित्रपट प्रदर्शित केला. पहिला मराठी बोलपट 'अयोध्येचा राजा' १९३२ मध्ये प्रदर्शित झाला. विशेष म्हणजे 'आलम आरा हा हिंदी चित्रपट प्रदर्शित झाल्यानंतर केवळ एक वर्षात हा चित्रपट प्रदर्शित झाला. अलीकडच्या काळात मराठी चित्रपटाने फारच प्रगती केली आहे. चित्रपट उद्योगाचे मुंबई हे आरंभ स्थान आहे. १९१३ मध्ये प्रदर्शित झालेला दादासाहेब फाळके यांनी दिग्दर्शित केलेला 'राजा हरिश्चंद्र' हा भारतातील पहिला फुल लेंग्थ फिचर असलेला मराठी चित्रपट. दरवर्षी भारत सरकारकडून चित्रपट सृष्टीतील व्यक्तींना दादासाहेब फाळके यांच्या आजीवन योगदानाबद्दल त्यांच्या स्मरणार्थ 'दादासाहेब फाळके पुरस्कार' दिला जातो.

NORMANDY RUNNING FESTIVAL 1ère évènement de running en province avec plus de 30 000 participants chaque année, le Marathon de la Liberté talonne les plus grands événements français de la discipline (Marathon de Paris, 20 Km de Paris, etc.). SUR LES TRACES DES HÉROS DE L'HISTOIRE Lévénement a été créé en 1988 dans le but de rendre hommage par le sport, et plus particulièrement la course à pied, aux événements du D-Day. Un hommage fort qui se matérialise entre autres par les parcours des épreuves, traversant les hauts lieux du Débarquement et de la bataille de Normandie (Plages de Juno et Sword, Casino de Ouistreham, Pegasus Bridge, etc.). Au programme de ce week-end sportif et populaire en hommage aux évènements du D-Day : un panel unique dépreuves permettant à toutes et à tous de participer selon leurs niveaux de pratique et leurs envies. A chacun(e) son épreuve empreinte d'histoire et d'émotions du 12 au 14 juin 2020 : - Le Marathon de la Liberté, lépreuve reine au parcours empreint dHistoire traversant les hauts lieux du débarquement ; - Le Relais Marathon, lunion fait la force ; - Le Semi-marathon Pegasus, la distance mythique qui sélance du célèbre Pegasus Bridge ; - Le 10 km - Crédit Agricole Normandie, la distance courte durant laquelle la ville vous appartient ; - La Rochambelle, course-marche féminine de 5 km au profit de la lutte contre le cancer ; - Les Rollers de la Liberté, rando-course de 2h00 sur un circuit fermé et sécurisé de 2 km ; - Les Foulées de la Liberté, 4 000 enfants originaires des établissements scolaires caennais.
