Jack Manning is the Founder and Senior Shareholder of Manning & Meyers. Since Mr. Manning’s admission to the Texas State Bar in 1966, he has devoted his entire legal career to litigation, collections and the representation of Property Owners Associations. Mr. Manning received his Bachelor of Arts in History in 1965 from Baylor University and his L.L.B. from Baylor University School of Law in 1966 and thereafter his Juris Doctorate in 1969. Mr. Manning is recognized as one of the industry’s most experienced and well-respected attorneys. He is currently serving as counsel for some of North Texas’ largest and most prestigious HOAs. He has represented countless of HOAs in matters relating to the interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, contracts, governmental negotiations and major renovation projects. He has also successfully litigated many significant cases on behalf of his clients. Casey P. Meyers, Esq. has been a member of the Texas State Bar since 2006 and is the Managing Shareholder of Manning & Meyers. Mr. Meyers’ undergraduate education was received at the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated with honors in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a Minor in Philosophy. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Baylor University School of Law in 2005 where he focused on corporate and real estate law. An Equity Partner in Manning & Meyers, Mr. Meyers has extensive experience assisting homeowner’s associations and condominium associations in a wide variety of practice areas, such as covenant enforcement, assessment collections, and amendments to dedicatory instruments. He also assists many of our clients with their litigation and transactional matters.
