Manilla Oy - perinteinen suomalainen köysitalo Olemme Piippo Oyj:n tytäryhtiö joka myy ja jakelee Piippo® kuluttajatuotteet. Piippo® kuluttajatuoteperhe pitää sisällään yli 350 vakioitua köysiartikkelia sitomiseen, kiinnittämiseen ja nostamiseen, jotka toimitetaan jälleenmyyjillemme yön-yli toimituksena. Nykymuodossaan Manilla Oy on syntynyt 1.1.2019, mutta yhtiön juuret ylettyvät pitkälle suomalaiseen historiaan. Oy Manilla Ab sijaitsi aikoinaan Turussa Aurajoen varrella, ollen Suomen vanhin köysitehdas. Muistona näistä ajoista paikalla sijaitsee yhä Manilla-kiinteistö, joka toimii nykyään kulttuurikeskuksena. Vuonna 1999 emoyhtiömme, nykyinen Piippo Oyj, osti Oy Manilla AB;n ja integroi liiketoiminnat omaan kuluttajaliiketoimintaan. Toiminnot Rymättylästä ja Turusta siirrettiin Sysmäjärventie 5:een Outokumpuun. Manilla oli Piippo Oyj:n aputoiminimenä aina vuoteen 2018 saakka, kunnes Manilla Oy rekisteröitiin omaksi yhtiökseen. 1.1.2019 Piippo Oyj:n kuluttajatuoteryhmän liiketoiminta siirtyi perustettuun Manilla Oy:hyn. Piippo Oyj keskittyy jatkossa Agri-liiketoiminta alueensa kehittämiseen ja Manilla Oy Piippo Oyj:n tytäryhtiönä jatkaa Piippo köysien sekä lankojen myyntiä sekä markkinointia yhteistyössä yli 1000 jälleenmyyntipisteen kanssa.
