LA SOSTA SPECIALTY COFFEE is a specialty coffee roaster based in Florence. Established in 2016 La Sosta has a background of 10 years of experience in specialty coffee and with an australian touch as phylosophy and quality research, thanks to the collaboration with Genovese Coffee, pioneer of italian quality coffee and specialty coffees in Melbourne, Australia. LA SOSTA SPECIALTY COFFEE is specialized in roasting only specialty coffee with specific ranges of coffee consumer tastes, from a light degree of roast for filter to a medium degree specific for espresso. LA SOSTA is also available to create custom blend and private labile for cafès and small coffee chains. All the coffees are produced with a Brambati 15kg industrial air roaster machine. LA SOSTA provides also unique experiences on site at the roastery, from the Roastery Tour to the Tasting&Cupping. The Roastery is open to public every saturday from 10am to 4pm.

La Soufflerie is a family owned and operated glass blowing company with centuries of wisdom. We create original and timeless pieces from recycled glass following ancestral and traditional processes. Established in 2007 as an association of expert glass blowers, La Soufflerie offers a range of decorative table objects that are functional and durable. The technical details that inspire us add sophistication to a glasswork tradition developed many centuries ago. Our heirloom glassware is heritage for everyday use. We do not repair pieces; we design and create unique products for boutiques, design stores and high-end florists around the world. La Soufflerie deeply cares about traditions and wishes to preserve the art of glassblowing. We believe in sharing our knowledge as well as our work through photographs, stories, articles and social media. Aujourd’hui, l’association regroupe neuf entreprises d'insertion implantées sur l’ensemble du territoire : Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nogent-sur-Oise, Paris-Antony, Paris-Gennevilliers, Perpignan, Saint-Etienne. Toutes les entreprises ont une activité traiteur, six d'entre elles ont aussi un restaurant et une gère un hôtel. Antony, Gennevilliers, Lyon et Marseille disposent d'une association locale de soutien dédiée à l’entreprise, les autres bénéficient du soutien d'associations locales existantes.
