Usamos harina “sin aditivos” producida a pedido, también harinas oriundas provenientes de diferentes regiones del Perú. Los panes han sido diseñados por “Henri Poch”, MOF 2000 (Mejor Artesano de Francia en Panadería). Nuestro equipo esta conformado por un maestro panadero Peruano y un maestro panadero Francés, ambos bajo la supervisión de“Henri Poch, socio de la Empresa.
