La Charla is a nonprofit aimed at decreasing teen pregnancy and increasing access to higher education for teens in rural Nicaragua. Through weekly peer-led lessons embedded in the yearly school curriculum, teens in the rural community of Troilo learn about sexual and reproductive health, gender roles, power dynamics in relationships, and tools to prevent drug use. La Charla empowers teens with the knowledge and capacity to make informed choices about their futures. Students in their junior year of high school are invited to be Charla peer-leaders. In exchange for one year of training as a Charla leader and one year of service, students are matched with sponsors in the US and offered university scholarship to cover 100% of their expenses for the 5-year term.

For over 40 years, La Cheim has built a robust continuum of care to help kids and adults that no one else could reach. We provide educational and mental health services throughout Alameda and Contra Costa County at our nonpublic schools, community mental health center (including a PHP/IOP), therapeutic behavioral services program, and residential treatment center. ​ Our uniqueness lies in the caliber and compassion of our team; teachers, art therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, psychologists, RNs, social workers, MFTs, and mentors. They are the ones who create life-changing experiences with the people they serve.

Nous vous proposons des plats préparés à base de produits frais et locaux. Pour le choix de nos fournisseurs, nous privilégions les circuits courts de distribution et nous travaillons autant que possible avec des producteurs qui travaillent en agriculture raisonnée ou en bio. Nous nous déplaçons pour tout type de prestations : Anniversaire, Vin d'Honneur, Brunch de Mariage, Soirée d'entreprise, Crémaillère, Garden Party, Cocktails Dinatoires ou même Bar Ambulant. Avec notre Camion ou en version stand, nous nous adaptons à vos besoins et vos envies.
