Projects include the design of new buildings to renovation, alterations and extensions of existing properties including many listed buildings. Services include all architectural work stages for projects as well as interior design . All schemes are produced on the latest Revit BIM Design Suite Premium. The practice is a 'Smarter Planning Champion' having been awarded this through the Planning Portal in early 2013 based on the record of commitment and best practice guidelines to deliver a faster and more transparent online planning application service.

LSDA functions as a design studio for a broad range of project types, from medical, dental, corporate & professional offices to restaurants & retail stores to kitchen design & whole house remodels, with a focus on building renovations & additions, interiors, lighting, art, and furniture selection & design. S+MA, which was formed in 1999, focuses on large institutional, healthcare, corporate and private sector projects as well as new single family residences.
