LäkarLeasing har sedan 2006 ett medicinskt råd bestående av en läkare och en sjuksköterska med erfarenhet av arbete inom den svenska sjukvården både i landstinget och via bemanningsföretag. Det medicinska rådets roll är att bistå företagets ledning och anställda i medicinska frågor i det dagliga arbetet. Rådet granskar kontinuerligt verksamheten ur ett medicinskt och etiskt perspektiv samt kontrollerar urvalsprocessen av läkare och sjuksköterskor som anlitas i LäkarLeasings regi.
