Kalsbeek BV is specialist op het gebied van water en lucht. De werkzaamheden van Kalsbeek zijn onder te verdelen in drie kernactiviteiten: Waterbehandeling, Legionella en VGM (Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu). Deze drie disciplines en de combinatie van hoogwaardig advies en uitvoering maakt Kalsbeek uniek in de markt. Kalsbeek is de afgelopen jaren sterk gegroeid en telt inmiddels meer dan 55 medewerkers. Haar hoofdkantoor staat in Tynaarlo, daarnaast heeft ze een vestiging in Den Dolder. Door deze spreiding behoort de gehele Benelux tot haar werkgebied. Kalsbeek kent een platte organisatiestructuur met korte lijnen. Hierdoor kan zij snel op uw projecten anticiperen en beslissingen nemen. U staat als klant immers centraal. Kalsbeek ontzorgt, denkt met u mee en geeft u zekerheid; kwalitatief met een duurzaam en innoverend karakter. Kalsbeek is in 1948 opgericht door dhr. Albert Kalsbeek, onder de naam Firma A. Kalsbeek. Hij richtte zich op de waterbehandeling van hoofdzakelijk centrale verwarmingsinstallaties. Hiermee was hij een pionier in de markt. In 1978 heeft zijn dochter Roby Kalsbeek het bedrijf overgenomen. Zij heeft het bedrijf in 1995 uitgebreid met de afdeling Binnenmilieu (het huidige VGM). De Legionella uitbraak in Bovenkarspel (1999) bleek voor de organisatie het beginpunt te zijn voor een periode van onstuimige groei. Kalsbeek had immers de benodigde kennis op het gebied van water en lucht in huis en werd al snel marktleider op het gebied van Legionellapreventie. Het bedrijf werd in 2004 overgenomen door de huidige directeur Arjen Kempen. In 2010 werd een tweede vestiging in Nederland (Den Dolder) geopend.
