Weiterbildung für zivile Führungskräfte Das zweite Standbein umfasst die TRANSFER-Kurse für zivile Führungskräfte aus der Wirtschaft, der öffentlichen Verwaltung und weiteren Institutionen. Die militärische Art der Problemerfassung bis hin zur Entscheidfindung unter erschwerten Bedingungen und Zeitdruck bildet dabei die Kernkompetenz des praktischen Trainings. Zum TRANSFER-Angebot für zivile Interessierte zählen auch anspruchsvolle Kommunikations-Kurse, insbesondere Krisen- und Führungskommunikation. Zivilen steht ebenso die Möglichkeit offen ein Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Krisenkommunikation zu absolvieren (15 ECTS Punkte). Zu diesem Zweck besuchen sie die Kommunikationskurse des KFK und absolvieren anschliessend das Kolloquium sowie die Prüfungen am Institut für Angewandte Medienwissenschaften (IAM) in Winterthur.
