Gelişen ürün yelpazemizin neden Edirne'de boy verdiğine gelince, şunu düşündük; Kel Aliço o topraklarda yetişen bir dünya devi, 26 yıl boyunca baş pehlivanlığı kimseye vermeyen sağlığın ve gürbüzlüğün timsali. Dedik ki; Bu topraklarda var olan mineral ve elementsel zenginlik doğaya ve insana yansıdığında süt, peynir, ayran, yoğurt olup sofralara geldiğinde tüm besleyici ve güçlü sağlık normlarını hayata sunabiliyor. İşte o doğal özelliklerdeki bu topraklardan süzülen Kaya Çiftliği ürünleri tüm yurt sathındaki insanımıza ulaşırken çalışkan, ortak akla inanan, bilgiye açık timlerimiz ile geçen yıl durum değerlendirmesi yaptık.
