In de overgang van het studentenleven naar het werkend leven staat een GreenGenius niet alleen. Een persoonlijke coach begeleidt hem intensief met gesprekken en assessments. We hebben in het GreenGenius programma ook nadrukkelijk aandacht voor vitaliteit. Wat betekent dat voor u? U heeft een zeer gemotiveerde en leergierige kracht aan boord die voortdurend werkt aan zijn persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Door de coachgesprekken en assessments kunnen we gezamenlijk een nog betere match maken. De GreenGenius is bewust bezig met zijn persoonlijk en werkend leven en heeft daarin een proactieve houding. Hij leert zichzelf steeds beter kennen. Dat komt op het werk zeer goed van pas. Leggen van een fundament Met het driejarig programma beogen we een stevig fundament te leggen aan het begin van de loopbaan van een net afgestudeerde TUer of HTSer. Hij staat er niet alleen voor. We organiseren maandelijks bijeenkomsten waarin GreenGeniusen van elkaar kunnen leren en ervaringen kunnen uitwisselen. De gesprekken met de coach bieden houvast en perspectief. Mogelijke vragen, zorgen of stress worden zo in een vroeg stadium besproken of mogelijk zelfs voorkomen. Op deze manier leggen we samen een stevig fundament.
