JCG Land Services is an employee owned and proven real estate and right of way organization that has been in existence since 1990. We have a permanent staff plus affiliates that are capable of providing multi-discipline services. Our employees and affiliates include acquisition agents, licensed real estate agents and brokers, title abstractors and examiners, attorneys, appraisers, and surveyors. A leader in providing turn-key right of way and land acquisition services, our job at JCG Land Services, Inc. is simply to help you (our client) identify the best solution(s) possible, and to provide you with the best service possible to successfully and efficiently complete the acquisition phase for any public improvement project you may have. JCG has provided its clients with quality and effective land and right of way acquisition and relocation services for nearly twenty-five years. During this time, JCG has handled thousands of residential, commercial and industrial parcels for the majority of the local public agencies in Iowa in addition to entities in Minnesota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Indiana.

Junior Kamer ’t Nieuwe Diep (JCI ’t Nieuwe Diep) is opgericht in april 2002 en telde toen 20 leden. Nu is onze kamer inmiddels 30 leden groot en zijn wij in oktober 2003 geïnstalleerd als volwaardig lid van Junior Kamer Nederland. Hiervoor is in eerste instantie veel water door de rivieren gestroomd alvorens geïnstalleerd te kunnen worden. In eerste instantie is een tweetal ‘jonge enthousiaste’ meiden opgestaan, waarvan er één een juniorkamer verleden kent. Zij hebben een ander drietal enthousiast gemaakt om zo zorg te dragen om te komen tot oprichting van de huidige ‘JCI ’t Nieuwe Diep’.

We are a team of young, enthusiastic professionals who work or live in the Copenhagen area. We come from various different countries, have many different fields of expertise and backgrounds. We use our time within the chapter to promote trade, commerce, community and culture, whilst developing our professional and social skills. JCI Copenhagen International continues to grow rapidly, since it was founded in 2003. Our members represent many of the key national and international organisations in and around the Copenhagen area, which brings great benefits in terms of great business contacts. Since we founded the chapter, more than 30 different nationalities have been represented in our group. As part of JCI, we have access to training, seminars and programs to develop alternate skills that will help us grow and manage our jobs or businesses better. We are given the opportunity to lead and manage projects and we are active in the development of teams and events. We encourage all our members to be involved. Involvement in our chapter is professionally and culturally challenging and it is also lots of fun, given our internationally colourful atmosphere. Maybe we think in different languages, but we speak English together. Together we form a strong and encouraging social and business network. Since 1915 Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs with 200.000 members, aged between 18 and 40 year and millions of alumni in over 100 countries, of which 2.000 active members in Belgium. With our projects and initiatives e reach the hearts and minds of thousands of people. We provide young entrepreneurs (average age 34y.) the environment to meet, learn and grow through engagement, and the realization of creative activities, innovative projects and training opportunities.

JCI Havis Amanda is the only chapter in Finland and Europe that has been established by women only. Chapter has about 35 members. All of the members are active and influencial women working in management and expert positions. Havis Amanda is a dynamic and energetic networking organisation. As a chapter our goal is to influence the society in a positive manner and help our members to develop further in various skills. JCI powstało w 1915 roku w Saint Louis, w Polsce działamy od 1989 roku. Jesteśmy organizacją non-profit zrzeszającą ponad 200 000 młodych ludzi w wieku od 18 do 40 roku życia.
