Our Janes are taking the strength they build inside the studio, outside to DO incredible things. Jane delivers the class variety women need to lose weight, gain confidence and have fun DO'ing it! Five unique classes - DANCE, STEP, TRAMP, SCULPT, and HIIT, fuse aerobics, strength training, and flexibility. All in-studio classes are 50 minute, total body workouts that require 0 experience. Jane Doe No More was born of one woman’s tragedy and has become a story of hope for so many. Since 2007 this grass roots organization has been empowering survivors of sexual crimes to find their voice, advance their healing and educate others. Programs include: ____________________ SURVIVORS SPEAK® Empowering survivors to share their stories through specialized professional training in public speaking and team building, allowing them to advance their own healing while helping to educate audiences of all kinds. ___________________ COMMUNITY OUTREACH and ADVOCACY Engaging individuals in the community, in the legislature, at businesses, corporations and organizations to work together to create real and meaningful change. ____________________ SAFE STUDENT INITIATIVE® Educating students from middle school to college through age-appropriate, survivor-led interactive programs including sexual respect, healthy relationships, consent, bystander intervention, digital danger and rape culture. _____________________ ESCAPE ALIVE SURVIVAL SKILLS® Training women and girls to stay safe physically, emotionally and intellectually through personal prevention strategies, skills to build confidence, awareness tips, and kick, strike and blow techniques. ____________________ DUTY TRUMPS DOUBT™ Changing perspectives through our trauma-informed video and presentations designed to help law enforcement, medical personnel, legal professionals and society as a whole better understand victims of sexual crimes.

Despite the extraordinary circumstances we have confronted this year, we've been steadfast in our commitment to inform, inspire and empower our community. As Jane Does Well continues to grow, we passionately charge ahead with our mission to achieve a measurable and lasting difference in the lives of women confronting divorce. Jane Does Well believes women have the ability to persevere and thrive, and we cultivate that by providing access to wellness workshops, yoga and meditation experts, psychotherapists, positive psychology and life coaches. We also offer weekly informational events with attorneys, accountants and financial planners to educate and empower women during and after divorce. In addition, our popular social events are the heart and soul of Jane Does Well. We marvel at the power of sisterhood as it provides a lifeline during tough times. We are also deeply proud to provide a voice for mothers and children harmed by decreasing child support awards in the last decade in Massachusetts - this month we are presenting our concerns in a substantive brief to the Trial Court that oversees child support. We are also thrilled to host our EmpowHer Speaker Series featuring nine incredible thought leaders who inspire us with their insights and wisdom.
