Founded in 1947 by Irwin Auman, the I. Auman Machine Company was built around Irwin’s keen skill for machining castings and his tireless commitment to meeting customer challenges. Today, Auman has grown into a full-service prototype-to-production facility, and our work is installed across the globe. Our 80,000-square-foot air-conditioned facility in Lebanon, PA, is home to more than 20 CNC machines with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis capabilities and three programmable CMMs, and our team of expert machinists and engineers deliver unmatched CNC machining, inspection services, design, and engineering expertise to foundries and manufacturing clientele around the world. By providing solutions, we pride ourselves in continuing Irwin’s commitment to excellence, and we carry on his vision by working with customers to design and engineer custom fixtures and parts for optimum manufacturability.

Diseñamos y fabricamos armarios de acero laminado, cajas plásticas de distribución y tomas de corriente industriales, para la protección de componentes eléctricos, electrónicos, de datos y de telecomunicaciones. Contamos con más 65.000 m2 de instalaciones productivas, y un importante departamento de ingeniería, que ofrece asesoramiento técnico personalizado. San Bernardo está ubicado geográficamente entre los paralelos 70º 43’ longitud Oeste y 33º 35’ latitud Sur, emplazándose en el extremo sur de la Región Metropolitana, a lo largo de una extensión territorial total de 155,1 km2. Administrativamente, San Bernardo forma parte de la provincia del Maipo -de la que es capital- junto a otras tres comunas: Buin, Paine y Calera de Tango. Sin embargo, su delimitación geográfica la sitúa con Maipú, Lo Espejo y El Bosque por el Norte; La Pintana y Pirque por el Este; el límite natural del río Maipo desde el camino El Retiro y la puntilla de Lonquén al Sur y Calera de Tango por el Oeste. Esta configuración geográfica permite que los accesos a la comuna sean por más de una vía, como por ejemplo, la carretera Norte-Sur, Gran Avenida, camino El Mariscal, camino Calera de Tango, camino Lo Blanco, camino Lonquén, y servicio Metrotren en tres estaciones: San Bernardo, Maestranza y Nos. De acuerdo a los datos arrojados por el Censo realizado en abril del 2002, San Bernardo tiene un total de 246.762 habitantes, los que se dividen en 121.535 hombres y 125.227 mujeres. San Bernardo está enmarcado por un interesante contraste paisajístico, el que se enmarca en la convivencia de un amplio sector urbano que cuenta con 241.138 habitantes, con uno que conserva la vida rural, donde habitan un total de 5.624 personas.
