Chaque jour, les habitants du Doubs peuvent compter sur les femmes et hommes d’Habitat 25 pour chercher des solutions personnalisées à leurs problématiques de logement. Investi dans les domaines de l’aménagement, de la maîtrise d’ouvrage, de l’efficacité énergétique, de la gestion locative et de l’accompagnement social, Habitat 25 s’appuie sur son ancrage local et son savoir-faire pour répondre avec exigence aux préoccupations des habitants du Doubs. En s’attachant à améliorer et à développer son offre de logement et de services, Habitat 25 accompagne depuis près d’un siècle les évolutions de la vie quotidienne des habitants du département. En 2017, Habitat 25 a lancé sa démarche RSE. Elle se concrétise dans '​'Meilleurs ensemble'​'​, le programme de responsabilité sociétale 2017-2020 de l'Office. Habitat 25 en bref : • Habitat 25, Office Public de l’Habitat du Département du Doubs • 82% des locataires recommanderaient Habitat 25 à leur entourage (enquête satisfaction 2016) • 10 000 logements sur une centaine de communes. • Au quotidien, 220 agents participent à la construction, l’entretien et la gestion. • Proximité et écoute : 3 agences (Besançon, Montbéliard, Pontarlier) et 30 points d’accueil. Une enquête annuelle de satisfaction donnant lieu à des plans d’amélioration • Environ 1200 nouveaux locataires chaque année • Plus de 1000 logements réhabilités sur la période 2014-2016 • Plus de 300 nouveaux logements mis en location sur la période 2013-2016 • Un budget d’investissement travaux de 29,2 millions en 2016

Habitat Creations are the native plant management specialists. We grow, install and maintain native plants for revegetation and environmental restoration projects and provide a range of land conservation and management related services including: - Integrated weed management incorporating a sensitive approach to chemical use (low and high volume herbicide application), physical removal and implementation of biological controls where possible; - Revegetation (planting, tree guard installation, mulching and direct seeding); - Soft landscaping including constructed wetlands, streetscapes and public reserves; - Environmental planning services including Vegetation Quality Assessment (habitat hectare method), Planning Permit applications involving native vegetation removal, Offset Management, Landscape Plans and Waterway Management Plans; - Interpretive sign design incorporating environmental and ecological information for education purposes. A majority of our work is carried out on public land including parks, bushland reserves, waterways and roadside reserves for State and Local Government authorities. We also undertake various tasks for private organisations and landowners, particularly in new residential developments where we are able to implement our expertise in wetland construction. Complementing our field work, we have two nurseries located in Gippsland with the ability to produce up to 1,000,000 high quality indigenous terrestrial, riparian & wetland aquatic plants annually. The plants we grow are used in our own projects as well as being supplied to clients including Water and Catchment Management Authorities, State and Local Government and other contractors. Our dedicated nursery team also have proven experience in species identification and seed collection.
