Chaque année, le Happening Marketing (HM) regroupe près de 600 étudiants, enseignants et professionnels de lindustrie le temps dune fin de semaine durant laquelle se déroule la plus importante compétition en marketing de lEst du Canada. Cette compétition oppose les étudiants de 10 universités provenant des provinces de Québec et de lOntario. Le Comité Organisateur de HEC Montréal est fier daccueillir la prochaine édition, qui aura lieu les 16, 17 et 18 mars prochain. Cette compétition englobe différents volets : académique, sportif, social, participatif et contributif. La portion académique est divisée en cinq cas de différentes spécialisations du marketing ainsi que dun quiz de connaissances. Le volet sportif prend la forme dun tournoi à la ronde où les équipes sont mixtes et où le sport pratiqué se veut non conventionnel. Pour ce qui est du volet social, il se compose de différentes activités touchant au marketing, qui tentent, en majorité, dinclure des notions de socialisation et dentraide. Du côté des volets participatif et contributif, ces derniers ont pour objectif de rallier les membres de chaque délégation derrière leur couleur afin de soutenir non seulement leurs équipes, mais également une cause déterminée par le Comité Organisateur.
