Halkær Ådal Økologisk producerer og leverer bl.a. økologiske måltidskasser med færdigproducerede økologiske måltider på frost, til én eller flere personer. Vi har et bredt udvalg måltider, bøffer, deller, supper og desserter som kan bestilles som enkelt-købs varer, og derudover har vi 5 forskellige måltidskasser du kan bestille i abonnement. Vi har også flere B2B samarbejdspartnere, hvor vi producerer f.eks. til private label, storkøkkener (herunder også sygehuse), caféer, catering og detail. Vi producerer f.eks. bl.a. frikadeller og veganske måltider til sygehuset i Gødstrup, veganske og glutenfri bøffer og deller - samt vegetariske til caféer, og det samme til nogle lokale købmandsbutikker samt Salling i Aalborg og Aarhus. Vi kun bruger økologiske og, så vidt muligt, lokale råvarer af høj kvalitet i vores måltider og udvikler dem desuden med hensyn til de officielle kostråd. Vi bruger ingen tilsætningsstoffer eller smagsforstærkere i vores køkken, er omhyggelige med brug af salt. Alt bliver håndlavet fra bunden i vores køkken i Løgstør, og vi leverer i hele landet.
