One of Turkey’s first Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects Birecik Dam and Hydroelectric Power Plant, M.Ereglisi / Trakya Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant and Izmit Yuvacık Dam and Urban and Industrial Water Treatment and Supply Projects in 1995 was the first step in investing which formed GAMA Enerji’s foundation. Kocaeli Entegre Sağlık Kampusu Kocaeli İli, İzmit İlçesi, Gündoğdu Mahallesinde bulunan 1180 yataklı bir sağlık tesisi projesidir. Sağlık Bakanlığı ve Kocaeli Hastane Yatırım ve Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş. arasında 06 Eylül 2014 tarihli Kamu Özel İşbirliği Modeli anlaşması gereğince 3 yıl içerisinde inşa edilmesi planlanan sağlık tesisi 25 yıl boyunca Kocaeli Hastane Yatırım ve Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş tarafından işletilecektir. 353.382 m2 arsa alanı bulunan sağlık tesisinin toplam kapalı inşaat alanı 335.648 m2 olup bu alanın 229.448 m2’si çeşitli hizmet alanı 106.200 m2’si otopark alanıdır. Sağlık tesisinde 494 yataklı Genel Hastane, 246 yataklı Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastanesi, 124 yataklı KVC Hastanesi ve 116 yataklı Onkoloji Hastanesi Ana hastane bloğunu oluşturmaktadır. Bunlara ilaveten sağlık tesisinde 100 yataklı Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Hastanesi, 100 yataklı Yüksek Güvenlikli Adli Psikiyatri Hastanesi ve Teknik Servis Binası yer almaktadır. Ana hastane binası içerisinde 240, fizik tedavi ve rehabilitasyon hastanesi içerisinde 20 poliklinik bulunmakta olup ayrıca ana hastanede 8 yataklı mahkum servisi mevcuttur. Ana hastane binasında 59 adet ameliyathane salonu, genel hastanede 42 yataklı yoğun bakım, KVC hastanesinde 14 yataklı yoğun bakım, kadın doğum ve çocuk hastanesinde 28 yataklı yoğun bakım ve 48 yataklı yeni doğan yoğun bakım ünitesi yer almaktadır. Bunlara ilaveten 12 yataklı yanık merkezi yine ana hastane bloğu içerisinde bulunmaktadır. 3 Objects and activities of the company 3.1 Objects Without derogating from the inherent powers of the company in any way, the objects of the company are to: (a) assist Aboriginal Australian and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families (Recipients) through the direct relief of sickness, poverty, suffering, distress and helplessness; (b) increase social inclusion, family cohesion and economic engagement of Recipients to relieve sickness, poverty, suffering, distress and helplessness by bringing the community together and directly addressing barriers that exist between the Recipients and the rest of the community; and (c) undertake such other steps as are necessary or incidental to further the above objects. 3.2 Activities Without derogating from the inherent powers of the company in any way, and in furtherance of the objects of the company, the activities of the company include: (a) developing, conducting and evaluating services, programs and other initiatives for the direct relief of sickness, poverty, suffering, distress and helplessness experienced by the Recipients. Examples include: (i) anger management and self healing programs aimed at alleviating mental and emotional suffering, distress and helplessness; (ii) capacity building initiatives to provide skills and confidence to better engage in family and social life; (iii) services aimed at understanding, coping with and overcoming trauma; and (iv) activities designed to positively contribute to physical, mental and moral wellbeing of the Recipients and especially in the case of younger Recipients, keep them away from other dangerous and destructive activities; (b) developing, conducting and evaluating education and training programs and modules primarily directed at alleviating the effects of helplessness, and relieving poverty and disadvantage of Recipients, by building their capacity.
