The Federation of Irish Sport was established by the National Governing Bodies of Sport (NGBs) in 2002 to act as a representative body for all sporting organisations and to provide an independent voice for sport. Membership is open to NGBs and sporting organisations whose primary purpose is the promotion of sport and/or physical recreation on a non-commercial basis. The membership is currently comprised of 74 NGBs and 26 Local Sports Partnerships (LSPs). The Federation is committed to: • Representing the interests of the sporting community to government; • Raising political awareness as to the benefit of sport as a force for good in our society; • Influencing the development of effective sports policy; and • Building the capacity of member organisations through the provision of training and networking opportunities. Federacja Polskich Banków Żywności to organizacja pożytku publicznego, której misją jest ratowanie żywności przed zmarnowaniem oraz wspieranie żywnością najbardziej potrzebujących. Federacja to sieć 32 Banki Żywności działających przez cały rok w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Pomoc Żywnościowa, a także poprzez odbiór darowizn od producentów i sprzedawców żywności oraz od rolników. Żywność przekazywana jest do organizacji partnerskich na terenie całego kraju. Banki Żywności w 2016 roku wsparły ponad 1, 8 mln osób, przekazując łącznie ponad 110 tys. ton żywności (12 tirów dziennie).

FEDRA, the Federation of Regional Growth Actors in Europe, is an independent non-profit association based in Brussels that gathers different types of regional actors (SME’s, enterprises, public bodies, regional agencies, research centres, academic institutes, etc.). With a pool of regional and thematic experts, the mission of FEDRA is to inform, educate and assist its members and partners to create or take part in concrete European regional and interregional projects. Its main objective is not only to “fill in the gap” between the EU bubble and outstanding regional actors but also to engage and communicate with 20.000 key regional influencers in more than 300 regions. The six sectors covered by FEDRA are E-commerce/Digital, Transport/Mobility, GreenTech/Energy, Food/Agriculture, Tourism/Leisure and Help/Wellness.
