Focalizziamo la nostra attenzione in due distinte linee di business: 1) Fin dalla nascita dell'azienda nella metà degli anni novanta, ci occupiamo di produrre e commercializzare armadi rack e componenti integrati per soluzioni di networking e telecomunicazioni. 2) Nel 2009 è nata la nuova linea di prodotti "ILLCA Automation", dedicata all'automazione industriale e distribuzione corrente. Nelle nostre officine, produciamo armadi a pavimento componibili e monoblocco, armadietti compatti in lamiera verniciata, cassette di derivazione e banchi a leggio. E.M. Leino on vuonna 1945 perustettu perheyritys. Erikoisalueenamme ovat teknisesti vaativat laiteratkaisut sekä niihin liittyvät palvelut prosessiteollisuuden, rakenteellisen paloturvan sekä teollisen merkkauksen tarpeisiin. Olemme valitsemillamme erikoisalueilla alamme johtavia yrityksiä Suomen ja Baltian maiden markkinoilla. In October of 1935, E.M. "Gene"​ Tharp started out with what was to become his lifetime interest and occupation with a used 1926 truck. By "horse trading"​ and long hours of hard work, his dream of a commercial hauling business of his own was realized. Gene enjoyed the commercial hauling business and conducted it for over twenty six years. He saw it grow from one used truck into a fleet of over twenty tractors and more than a hundred pieces of equipment. In 1961, Gene decided to do full time what he had done part time throughout his life - sell and trade. in 1962, Gene's son, Morris Tharp started with the dealership when he was 19 years old. in 1964, Gene acquired the International Franchise. Gene continued to serve as president of E.M. Tharp, Inc. until 1986. At this time, Morris Tharp acquired and is the current president and his son, Casey Tharp is the current vice president of E.M. Tharp, Inc.

Emarc S.p.A is a private company founded in 1978 based on an idea of Mr. Pietro Passone, the present Chairman. At the beginning it was born as a company conceiving and producing industrial machinery (roll forming lines and stretch bending machines and tools). In 1989 thanks to a technological know-how by then settled and to the employment of its own machinery and equipment, EMARC became also a company producing body components for the automotive industry establishing itself over the years as the leader supplier for the main Automotive Companies. As consolidation of a long term vision industrial plan, in 2012 the Fondo Italiano di Investimenti FII (Italian Investment Fund) has taken a minority share of the EMARCs financial capital. Shareholders of this Fund are the main Italian Banking Companies and the Italian State.
