Meilleur Sommelier de France en 2005 par le guide Gault et Millau, Samuel Ingelaere a développé des compétences reconnues pour la constitution de cartes de vins mais aussi pour le conseil avisé des accords « vins et mets ». C’est ainsi que l’année de sa nomination par Gault & Millau, il a vécu la consécration chez Marc Veyrat, premier et seul chef cuisinier au monde à avoir obtenu la même année les notes suprêmes de 20/20 (du guide Gault & Millau) et les 3 macarons (du Guide Michelin). Depuis 2008, Samuel propose une gamme variée de services de consulting oenologique : audit de votre cave à vins, initiations et dégustations, visites privilégiées dans les vignobles et également des prestations sur mesure. Tout est mis en place pour sublimer les bouteilles, de leur mise en cave jusqu’à leur dégustation. Depuis 2019, Samuel Ingelaere est associé à Sylvain François, fondateur de Maison Louis François et du Club Ediswine, afin de renforcer leurs activités communes.
