Ecovat Warmteprojectontwikkelaars • Ecovat ontwikkelt, realiseert en beheert collectieve warmtekoudenetten. • Deze netwerken worden extern en/of lokaal gefinancierd waardoor verschillende eigendomsstructuren en samenwerkingen mogelijk zijn. • De projecten zijn, in principe, in de operationele fase niet meer in eigendom van Ecovat. • Per wijk richt Ecovat een warmtebedrijf opricht met een eigen business case en financiering. Wat zijn de voordelen voor de deelnemers: • Energiekosten blijven gelijk en stabiel in de tijd • Collectieve aanpak en financiering woning renovatie • Energieverbruik wordt collectief omlaag gebracht naar <1.000 m3 aardgas eq • Woning wordt collectief geüpgraded naar LT verwarming • Woning wordt gekoeld • Afkoppeling gas wordt door project gefinancierd • Buurtbenadering is maatwerk aanpak (onderdeel van project) • Later aansluiten is op basis van meerkosten mogelijk • Het Warmte Koude bedrijf is lokaal gevestigd • De deelnemers worden mede eigenaar o.b.v. concept energie coöperatie Meer informatie voor de haalbaarheid van uw buurt/wijkproject?
