Most of our products are sourced directly from the manufacturers and many are even designed and created by Echidna Sewing Products. We are a 100% family owned business with twenty-three staff, three stores locations, a fully stocked warehouse, service and training center with even more locations on the agenda. How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting?
