EBC Ltd is a British Company dedicated to supplying electric bikes ideal for the new emerging British e-bike market. The Team behind EBC has significant experience and expertise in the premium bike market and has won European awards for both design and innovation in the bike industry. We have now turned our considerable knowledge to develop the EBCO brand as a quality range of reliable, value for money e-bikes using the TranzX PST, Shimano STEPS, and Bosch electric drive system. We also distribute Corratec, a high quality German engineered performance brand, using predominately the industry leading Bosch Generation 2 centre drive electric drive motor system in both active and performance formats, and introducing for 2016 the new Shimano STEPS centre drive motor system on certain models. All e-bikes from EBC are pedal assist (Pedelecs) and have been developed using the most sophisticated current technology that delivers intelligent power drive systems, batteries, gear systems, drive trains, brakes and the latest frame materials and components. We are therefore confident our e-bikes are among the best available today.

EBCC is a company with considerable experience in gravity casting and aluminium machining, it is a manufacturer of disc brake callipers front and rear, master cylinders and hydraulic boosters applied in many famous car makes, including Volkswagen, Renault, Mazda, Ford, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Fiat and Volvo. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificates. Our casts are manufactured on automated casting lines. The plant is equipped with units for heat treatment of aluminium alloys (solution heat treatment and age hardening). We have a laboratory for full testing of chemical composition and mechanical properties, and X-ray machines. We have not only the foundry but also the mechanical working department equipped with numerical CNC automatic machining canters. We offer the following services: gravity casting of aluminium details from Al-Si alloys, heat treatment and mechanical working of castings, construction works in the scope of casting design, permanent mould construction and simulations in Magma program.
