Working within supply management, DFC promotes safe, high quality, sustainable, and nutritious Canadian dairy products made from 100% Canadian milk through various marketing, nutrition, policy, and lobbying initiatives. The Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is a non-profit organization funded entirely by Wisconsin's dairy farm families. Our goal is to increase the sale and consumption of Wisconsin milk and dairy products. Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is farmer-owned and farmer-directed. Our 25 dairy farmer board members are elected by their peers for three-year terms. Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin’s farmer-directors have direct involvement in planning and monitoring the organization’s marketing and promotional programs which are conducted by a staff of marketing, research and communications professionals.

In 1990 Bill and Glenda van Logtenstein saw an opportunity to purchase Piet Verhual Ltd., a Surge and Mueller milk equipment dealer, and thus started the legacy of Dairy Lane Systems (DLS). Bill and Glenda strategically led DLS by seeking out innovative dairy equipment suppliers who believed in producing a higher quality product. This lead to the addition of the Jourdain, JOZ and Daritech product lines to the DLS portfolio. However for DLS it has never been just about the product, we work hard to provide each individual client with the best solution for their application. Further we stand behind our work through our outstanding service program. To do this we have heavily invested in establishing a strong service and installation team that has grown steadily over the years. Within the last several years DLS has expanded its scope beyond southwestern Ontario through its affiliate companies DLS Barn Solutions, DLS Biogas and DLS Structures. After over 20 years at the helm Bill and Glenda have passed the batons onto their children: John and Mike van Logtenstein and Kim Sibley. Mike, John and Kim grew up working with their parents at DLS, and they have developed a sincere passion for the dairy and agricultural industry.
