Der Dachverband Schweizer Jugendparlamente DSJ ist das parteipolitisch neutrale praxisorientierte Kompetenzzentrum für politische Bildung und politische Partizipation von jungen Menschen. Oder kurz gesagt: Der DSJ will junge Menschen für Politik und die Teilhabe daran begeistern. Dieses Ziel verfolgt der DSJ mit der Förderung seiner Mitglieder, den Jugendparlamenten, sowie mit seinen Angeboten easyvote und engage.ch. Damit bietet der DSJ eine breite Palette von Informations- und Mitwirkungsmöglichkeiten im politischen System der Schweiz an. Daneben leistet der DSJ wichtige Grundlagenarbeit in seinen beiden Kernthemen politische Bildung und politische Partizipation, indem er Wissen generiert, Akteur:innen untereinander vernetzt und gewonnene Erkenntnisse einfach verständlich mit der breiten Öffentlichkeit teilt.
